Monthly contracts for minor work

Some projects require ongoing work of a minor nature that can be undertaken by customer service staff rather than programmers, and for this we offer monthly support and maintenance contracts at a special low rate. Typically, the customer requirement for these Change Requests can be explained in a few lines. 

Is it a change request or a new project?

Projects to deliver new functionality, that require more highly skilled technical staff, and which require a formal quote and order for the new work, are undertaken as development projects rather than change requests.
