Unifleet gives you the full range of information and reports to enable you to manage your fleet assets in the most cost-effective way. By showing whole of life cost of equipment, as well as asset value depreciation over time, fleet owners can predict optimal replacement point for their assets.

Unifleet is hosted in a secure, state-of-the-art data centre using privacy and security standards applicable to the payment card industry. There is no hardware to acquire and upgrade, no software to licence, no maintenance fees to pay and no backups to remember to take. All this is provided for you as part of your subscription.

Unifleet's ability to capture and track costs also means savings on costly separate ERP systems.

Secure access to Unifleet is available from any Internet-enabled PC, via a standard web browser. Your data can be uploaded, maintained and reported on with confidence 24 hours a day. You have access at any time to add, change and remove assets. Fuel and financial data can be uploaded regularly using standard spreadsheet formats from financial and fuel recording systems. There is no double keying.

Your IT department can even access your data via web services, and produce custom reports for your own specific needs.
