What is CL4?

CL4 is a combination of an efficient relational database system (RDBMS) and a powerful full function fourth generation application development language (4GL), providing high performance in all applications without costly development overheads.

CLDBLib is a callable C library that opens the CL4 database to application development in other languages. CLDBLib provides an API to languages such as C, .NET, Java, Python, Perl, Ruby, PHP and Pascal. Using any of these languages, now you can share your CL4 data with an application language and database of your choice.
